CNC Operator Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a CNC Operator. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for shaping, finishing, and preparing stainless steel tubing to meet both standard product specifications and custom rail designs. Your craftsmanship will directly contribute to the high-quality standards our customers expect. Responsibilities Accurately bend stainless steel tubing according to detailed product specifications and custom rail requirements using specialized tools and equipment. Carefully package finished products to prevent damage during shipping and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Take on other tasks as assigned to support overall production and operational efficiency. Essential Skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Comfortable working with hand tools and machinery. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in metal fabrication or a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required—training will be provided. Computer skills are a must. Experience with machine operation is a plus. Ability to read schematics/blueprints. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
