The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience, including setups, and a strong commitment to quality and precision. CNC training certification is a significant plus, but equivalent on-the-job experience combined with strong references is fully acceptable. • Operate and program CNC mills (Hurco, HAAS, Fadal, YCM, and more)
• Perform setups on CNC mills, setups make up approximately 25% of the work schedule
• Read, interpret, and modify programs using G & M Code
• Read and work with GD&T, dimensions, and tolerances on part drawings
• Use and maintain precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, and more)
• Safely operate band saws, panel saws, grinders, and rotary tools
• Follow work instructions and see tasks through to completion
• Handle materials and lift up to 50 lbs as needed for setups
• Maintain consistent, reliable attendance What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of CNC mill operator experience (required)
• Fully capable of performing mill setups independently
• Ability to read, understand, and modify G-code programs
• Experience reading and applying dimensions and tolerances from engineering drawings
• CNC training certification is a strong plus; solid experience with references accepted
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to commute to and work on-site in Arlington, TX 76001 Schedule
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
