We are seeking a motivated Junior CNC Operator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of CNC machining who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:
Operate CNC mills and/or lathes under supervision Load and unload parts while ensuring quality control Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments as needed Perform basic maintenance, such as changing tools and cleaning work areas Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to inspect parts Follow safety protocols and company proceduresRequirements:
Some experience or training in CNC machining (trade school or on-the-job training preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Basic knowledge of measuring tools and quality control processes Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periodsWork Schedule:
