Job Description

"FlashTech Manufacturing is expanding from our successful El Cajon, California facility and opening a new location right here in Denton. We manufacture pre-assembled single-ply roofing accessories and custom sheet metal components that save roofers massive time on the job. Our process is unique, so most roles need no prior experience — we train everyone from the ground up. Entry-level production roles start at $18 an hour. Experienced CNC sheet metal folder operators start at $23 an hour. We offer competitive pay, solid training, and real opportunities to advance in a growing company."
