This is a hands-on role for someone with real shop experience who can run parts, assist machinists, and help with basic CNC programming. You'll be working directly with our team on daily production, so clear communication in both English and Spanish is required .
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Occasional Saturdays as needed
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills and lathes Assist with machine setups and production runs Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Make basic program edits or assist with G-code programming as needed Handle materials and keep production moving efficiently Support general shop operations as needed
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish & English) required Minimum 1 years of CNC/machine shop experience Ability to read and understand blueprints and part drawings Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code) Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
Salary depends on experience We're a small shop, so we're looking for someone dependable who can jump in, help where needed, and grow with us.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
