1st shift/2nd shift Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Robotic Welding Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain robotic welding equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring weld quality, maintaining production efficiency, and following all safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with robotic welding systems or a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn robotic welding operations. Key Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding machines according to established procedures and work instructions
• Load and unload parts into fixtures and welding cells
• Monitor welding operations to ensure proper weld quality and consistency
• Perform basic programming adjustments or parameter changes as directed
• Conduct visual inspections of welds and identify defects or irregularities
• Use measuring tools and gauges to verify dimensions and weld quality
• Perform routine equipment checks, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Communicate issues related to equipment, quality, or production to supervisors or maintenance teams Required Qualifications
• Experience operating robotic welding equipment or automated manufacturing machinery
• Basic knowledge of welding processes such as GMAW (MIG) or FCAW
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, or work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with robotic welding systems such as FANUC, Yaskawa/Motoman, ABB, or KUKA
• Prior manufacturing or fabrication experience
• Forklift or overhead crane experience
• Welding certifications or technical training Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
