Permian Enterprises, Ltd. is seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team in Odessa, Texas. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with CNC machining experience, preferably in oilfield tubular products and PH6 thread cutting. If you have experience operating CNC equipment, producing high-quality precision parts, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to speak with you. Responsibilities Set up, calibrate, and prepare CNC machines for production. Operate CNC lathes and threading equipment safely and efficiently. Cut PH6 threads on both pin and box connections. Monitor machine performance and adjust machine settings as necessary. Load raw materials and workpieces into CNC machines. Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments. Read and interpret work orders, specifications, and production requirements. Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment. Identify defects and make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality standards. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and notify maintenance when necessary. Maintain accurate production records and inspection documentation. Keep work areas clean and organized while following all safety procedures. Wear required PPE and comply with all company safety policies. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. Experience cutting PH6 threads (Pin and Box) strongly preferred. CNC programming experience is a plus but not required. Experience with oilfield tubular products, OCTG, or pipe processing is highly desirable. Experience working in a pipe yard or oil & gas manufacturing facility is preferred. Ability to use precision measuring tools, including: Calipers Micrometers Thread gauges Measuring equipment Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and production documents.
