$17-$25 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

Tubular Inspection Products, Inc. is seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This role focuses on operating CNC equipment, maintaining tooling, and ensuring consistent production of high-quality components used in oilfield inspection equipment. Programming experience is not required — this is an operator-focused position.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC lathes and/or mills to produce parts to specification Load and unload raw materials and finished parts Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine adjustments Monitor machine performance and identify issues during production Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part quality Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company standards Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met

Qualifications:

Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred, but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to read basic prints and follow instructions Comfortable using measurement tools and performing quality checks Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
