Qualifications:
You must havestrong communicationskills and be willing to work with others in a team environment. 3 Years minimum hand-on experience as a CNC Operator with cabinetry or millwork experience. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (5S, A3, Standard Works) in an environment of continuous improvement. Construction and/or woodworking vocational training.
Additional Preferred Skills:
Effective organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and good knowledge of woodworking manufacturing quality improvement processes. Effective problem-solving skills. Computerproficiency. Background friendly (case by case) No violent crimes
