1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Laser Operator to operate cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, blueprint reading experience, and the ability to produce precision parts while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC laser and/or plasma cutting machines required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to meet production specifications. Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser/plasma cutting equipment to manufacture accurate parts. Inspect completed parts using measuring tools to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency. Operate overhead cranes to safely transport materials throughout the production area. Perform routine equipment maintenance, including cleaning and replacing worn components. Maintain accurate production records, including material usage and completed quantities. Coordinate with production team members to meet daily schedules and deadlines. Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
