• Full-time About the job: As a CNC Operator, you'll operate and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines used for cutting, drilling, and shaping metal components.

You'll work closely with our welding and fabrication teams to ensure parts meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (plasma, profiler, etc. depending on your equipment) Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues Inspect finished pieces for accuracy and quality using calipers, tape measures, and other tools Communicate with welding/fabrication teams to coordinate workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with material handling and shop support tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

2+ year experience operating CNC equipment Ability to read fabrication blueprints and understand tolerances Familiarity with CNC software (e.g., AutoCAD, or similar) Basic understanding of steel, aluminum, and stainless materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Forklift experience Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, 3% 401K matching, Paid Vacation Time, and Paid Holidays after probationary period.
