The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in the production of components. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC programming, blueprint reading, and quality control processes. The CNC Operator will work closely with other team members to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other machining equipment to produce high-quality parts. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining processes. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient production flow. Handle materials safely and efficiently within the manufacturing facility. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace. Requirements Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with CNC machinery. Familiarity with CNC mills and lathes with Fanuc control Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control standards.
