This is a great opportunity for someone with CNC machining experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality parts. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC routers to cut, shape, and finish parts according to blueprints, drawings, and production specifications Load and run machine programs, verifying tool paths, feeds, speeds, and offsets Install and change router bits, tooling, fixtures, and material hold-down systems Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, squares, and tape measures Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency Identify and report material defects, program issues, or quality concerns Complete routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean and operational Accurately track production quantities, scrap, and downtime Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-3 years of CNC router or CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and production specifications Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers and tape measures Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and material properties Basic computer skills and ability to work with CNC controller interfaces Strong shop math skills including fractions, decimals, and measurements Preferred Qualifications Experience with Multicam CNC routers Familiarity with Enroute CAD/CAM software Ability to make program edits and offset adjustments at the machine Experience with nested-based manufacturing and panel processing Forklift certification or material handling experience Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
