(300 AMP Hypertherm - Voortman). Load and unload raw materials safely and efficiently with a forklift (pertains mostly to the plasma cutting table) Perform regular maintenance on the CNC plasma beam line or plasma cutting table, including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project activities (project lists, task list, deadlines) Work in tandem with the foreman and project manager to set priorities and drive project success. Select and install cutting consumables, adjust machine settings, and monitor the machining process to ensure quality and accuracy. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required specifications
Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrate competence in the use of tape measures, and calipers. Read and interpret fabrication and part drawings. Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills. Ability to lift and move at least 50+ pounds and to be on your feet most of the day (8-10 hour shifts) Friendly personality and willing to work as part of a team Proficiency with learning modern software. Effectively communicate in both verbal and written English.
