- Hands-on machining work with modern CNC milling equipment Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts to specification
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to maintain quality and performance
- Make machine adjustments as needed during production runs
- Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process sheets
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
- Maintain accurate production records, part counts, and documentation
- Work with team members to improve efficiency, workflow, and quality

- Prior experience operating CNC milling machines or similar equipment preferred
