Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to technical specifications. You will help ensure high-quality production, adherence to safety standards, and efficient workflow. Duties Operate CNC milling equipment accurately, monitoring machine performance throughout the production cycle Perform part checks using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper use of hand tools and personal protective equipment Maintain clean and orderly work stations Locate and move orders from material racks to machines Use a forklift to drain, weigh, and dump metal chips Requirements Ability to lift 20-40 lbs Ability to stand and walk for full shift Join our team as a CNC Mill Machine Operator if you're passionate about precision machining, eager to contribute your skills in a manufacturing setting, or interested in working in the Aeospace Industry.
