  • Full-time Job Description We are seeking a CNC (Trak) Mill and manual mill Operator with preferably 1-2 years of experience.
This position is responsible for programming jobs, setting up, and operating mill(s) to machine custom plastic components. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and work well in a deadline-driven environment. The ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and consistently produce quality work is essential. Our shop primarily machines custom components from UHMW, Acetal, and Nylon materials. Experience programming CNC Mills is required.
Responsibilities include:
Programming and operating CNC Trak Mill and manual Mill to produce custom plastic components Setting up tooling for mill operations Reading blueprints and preparing programs accordingly Monitoring machining operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and surface finish Performing in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers etc) Maintaining a clean and organized work area Supporting other areas of the shop; duties include secondary operations (deburring, hand routing, etc.)
Qualifications:
1-2 years of CNC and manual mill programming/operating experience required Experience machining plastic materials is a plus Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently under deadlines Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential Strong math skills Forklift experience
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM (subject to change) Overtime is rare but occasional overtime may be required
