Job Description

Open CNC Operator postiion in Everett!!
Pay:
$24 to $40/hr
DOE Shift:
1st: 6am to 2:30pm 2nd: 2:20pm to 10:50pm
Weekend:
6am to 6:30pm
Friday, Saturday, Sunday Job Duties:
Set up and operate CNC lathes, including multi-axis machines Work with Fanuc controls and perform all machine-level edits Maintain efficient production while holding tight tolerances Inspect parts using precision measuring tools Bore jaws on 3-jaw chucks (daily requirement) Perform deburring and basic toolmaking as required Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T Maintain tolerances as tight as ±0.0001 Provide feedback to programmers on machining improvements Follow production schedules and supervisory direction Apply 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles Perform other related duties as assigned #nowhiring
Requirements:
5+ years of CNC lathe experience, including multi-axis work Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls and M & G codes Advanced blueprint reading (Level 3) GD&T proficiency (Level 3) Confident and experienced in boring jaws Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge of Boeing BAC specifications Working knowledge of: Material properties Model-Based Definition (MBD) Plating tolerances (diameters and threads) Trigonometry and geometric calculations Excellent attention to detail and inspection skills Mentorship and teamwork capabilities Proficiency with micrometers, precision tools, and Microsoft Office ProLogistix/Employbridge is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to sex, race, color, religion, ethnic or national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identify or age or any other charact3rsics or status protected by national, federal, state, or local law.
