Job Description

We are seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators to join a precision manufacturing team. This role offers long-term potential for candidates who demonstrate strong technical ability, reliability, and attention to detail.

Pay Rate:

$24•40/hr (DOE)

Schedule Options:

Day Shift:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM•2:30

PM Night Shift:

Monday-Friday, 2:20 PM•10:50 PM (+$2.00 shift differential)

Weekend Shift:

Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM•6:30 PM (+4-hour premium) Key Responsibilities CNC Setup & Operation Fanuc Controls Precision Inspection Blueprint Reading Tooling & Maintenance Lean Manufacturing Maintain tolerances as tight as ±0.0001. Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of CNC lathe experience, including multi-axis work. Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls, M & G codes. Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency. Confident and experienced in boring jaws. Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge of Boeing BAC specifications.

Working knowledge of:

Material properties Model Based Definition (MBD) Plating tolerances Trigonometry and geometric calculations Excellent attention to detail and inspection skills. Strong teamwork and mentorship capabilities. Proficiency with micrometers, precision tools, and Microsoft Office 5+ years of CNC lathe experience, including multi-axis work.
