CNC Operator

ProLogistix is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for a leading aerospace facility in Everett . This role requires advanced machining skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with tight tolerances in a high-precision environment.

6:00 AM•2:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

2:20 PM•10:50

PM Weekend Shift:

6:00 AM•6:30 PM (Friday-Sunday Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes, including multi-axis machines Work with Fanuc controls and perform machine-level edits Maintain efficient production while holding extremely tight tolerances Inspect parts using precision measuring tools Bore jaws on 3-jaw chucks (daily requirement) Perform deburring and basic toolmaking tasks Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T Maintain tolerances as tight as ±0.0001 Provide feedback to programmers for machining improvements Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions Apply 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles Perform additional related duties as assigned Requirements 5+ years of CNC lathe experience, including multi-axis machining Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls , M-codes, and G-codes Advanced blueprint reading (Level 3) GD&T proficiency (Level 3) Confident and experienced in boring jaws Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge of Boeing BAC specifications #nowhiring Working understanding of: Material properties Model-Based Definition (MBD) Plating tolerances (diameters & threads) Trigonometry and geometric calculations Excellent attention to detail and inspection accuracy Ability to mentor others and work collaboratively Proficiency with micrometers, precision tools, and Microsoft Office ProLogistix/Employbridge is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants without regard to sex, race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
