This job is for weekend shift which is Friday through Sunday 5 AM to 5:30 PM. Bonus 4 hour shift differential given. You must be a self starter with good work ethic.

Duties:

• Set up and operate 3 and 5 axis CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
• Programming adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of machined parts
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including lathes and mills
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T symbols
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and their proper use
• Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and tooling used in machining processes
• Experience with Haas and Hurco machines is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
