Job Description

Summary:
Got CNC grinding experience We want YOU! We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Tool Grinder to join a growing manufacturing company in Brookfield, WI! If you have at least 1 year of CNC machine setup and grinding experience, this could be the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level! Apply today!
Pay:
$23 to $27 per hour depending on experience
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00
PM First Shift Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC grinding machines to produce precision cutting tools. Inspect finished parts and adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards. Dress grinding wheels and prepare tooling for production runs. Monitor machine performance and report maintenance needs. Record production data and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of CNC machine setup and operation experience. Experience with grinding principles and precision measuring equipment. Ability to read shop drawings and follow written instructions. Strong math skills, including basic trigonometry and machine calculations. Experience with Walter, ANCA, Star, Schutte, or Rollomatic equipment preferred. #indMKE
