You'll have the opportunity to: Learn how to sharpen and maintain tooling components using precision grinding equipment Assist with machining operations including drilling, milling, turning, and CNC machining Help build, repair, and maintain molds and tooling used in manufacturing Learn CNC machine setup and make basic program adjustments Read and interpret prints, measurements, and specifications Maintain quality standards and follow safe work practices Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and ready for use Collaborate with tooling, engineering, and production teams to solve problems and improve processes What We're Looking For We're less concerned about years of experience and more interested in people who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn. You may be a great fit if you: Enjoy working with tools, machinery, or mechanical equipment Like building, fixing, troubleshooting, or creating things Have a strong attention to detail Take pride in quality workmanship Are dependable and willing to learn from experienced teammates Work well in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Technical coursework, certification, or degree in Machining, Manufacturing, ToolDie, Machine Tool Technology, or a related field Previous experience in a machine shop, manufacturing environment, internship, or technical program Familiarity with basic machining tools and measuring equipment Don't meet every qualification?
