Job Description
Night Shift Lathe Operator LaserForm, LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Lathe Operator to join our machining team on night shift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC lathes or other machining equipment and a strong attention to detail. We are willing to train candidates with manufacturing experience and mechanical aptitude. Schedule & Pay Full-Time Night Shift Competitive pay based on experience $3.00/hour Night Shift Premium Overtime opportunities available Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce quality parts Load and unload materials and finished components Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met Make basic machine adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Qualifications Previous machining or manufacturing experience preferred Experience operating CNC lathes is a plus Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Preferred Qualifications CNC Lathe operation experience (Preferred) Experience with setup and tool changes Knowledge of machining practices and tolerances Familiarity with quality inspection procedures Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holiday pay Training and advancement opportunities Stable and growing manufacturing environment Ready to start a career in machining?
