We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals who want to start or grow their career in manufacturing. If you enjoy hands on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality, this is a great opportunity to build your future with us. This role is ideal for entry level candidates who are eager to learn CNC machining. We provide training and support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed while contributing to the production of high quality parts that meet customer standards.
What You'll Do:
Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts according to company standards Learn to read blueprints and setup instructions with guidance from experienced team members Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as trained Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Mechanical aptitude or interest in manufacturing or machining Willingness to learn and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to read basic measurements or willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required
