On the Job Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes and mills Produce parts accurately to engineering prints and quality standards Perform inspections and document production and quality data Conduct routine machine maintenance and report issues promptly Support process improvements, tooling, and fixturing initiatives Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What Gets You in the Door 5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience (lathes and mills preferred) Proficient in Mazatrol and G-code programming Ability to read blueprints and GD&T Strong attention to quality, safety, and documentation Lift up to 50 lbs; safely handle heavy parts using cranes or hoists Perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail "Staffmark helped me get back on my feet." — Mamoud, Staffmark Associate Done scrolling?
