As a Swiss CNC Operator at Reader Precision Solutions, you will join an award-winning company on a mission to supply its clients with the industry's leading precision parts and components. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Swiss CNC Operator to join our high-tech machining facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC Swiss machines to produce precision components. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality of the machined parts, interpreting blueprints, and collaborating with the production team to maintain a smooth workflow. Routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety protocols are also key aspects of this position. Shifts- Monday

2:45PM- 11:15PM Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate one or more Swiss CNC machines to perform a series of machining operations such as turning, drilling, boring, threading & milling to specifications.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Swiss CNC operating experience. Formal training or certification in CNC machining preferred. Operational knowledge and ability to use inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, comparator, surface tester, indicators, pin & thread gauges, Oasis, Keyence, CMM, Hi-QA, etc.) Familiarity with varied materials and their machining requirements. Knowledge of routine maintenance procedures for CNC machines. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. Knowledge of basic metalworking theory (cutting, tooling, material properties, machine tools, cutting fluids & coolants) Good computer skills with the ability to demonstrate proficiency and accuracy in completing basic data entry within the ERP manufacturing system. Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus. Basic math skills for calculations and measurements. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Effective decision making and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy and the ability to follow work instructions. Positive attitude and strong work ethic with a drive for results. A collaborative mindset focused on teamwork. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize time-sensitive projects/tasks. A strong desire to learn and grow with the Company. Vision corrected to 20/20Physical/Environmental Demands:
