First shift only Hours /
Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM; overtime as needed
OR Monday-Thursday:
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM; overtime as needed
Overview:
We are looking for a hardworking CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in accurate work, and wants to grow within a company. The right person can work well with a team but is also comfortable working independently and problem-solving on their own.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently Measure and inspect parts for accuracy and quality Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Perform repetitive production tasks with consistency Identify and troubleshoot basic issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow production schedules and work instructions Work both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
CNC machine operating experience preferred (training available) Comfortable with using and converting between fractions and decimals Strong attention to detail Comfortable with repetitive work Ability to think critically and solve problems independently Hardworking, dependable, and self-motivated Enjoys staying busy and productive Team player with the ability to work independently Reliable attendance Interest in learning advanced CNC skills is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
