Position Summary The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring CNC machinery to produce precision components according to specifications and quality standards. Operators will work with a variety of equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC Turning Centers, Horizontal and Vertical CNC machines Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments Perform quality inspections on finished parts Read and follow work instructions and production specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines Equipment Used CNC Lathes Swiss Machines Horizontal Machining Centers Robotic Equipment Additional CNC equipment as the company continues to expand Qualifications Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred Ability to read measuring instruments and inspect parts Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay $20.00
- $28.00 per hour (Pay based on experience) Schedule 1st Shift 6:00 AM
- 2:00 PM Overtime hours may extend shift to 4:00 PM 2nd Shift 2:00 PM
- 10:00
PM Benefits Upon Hire Vacation Time:
