Cnc Lathe Operator

CNC Machinist — $28-$32/hr 1st & 2nd Shift Available | Profit‑Sharing | Day‑One Benefits Run CNC lathes and mills producing high‑quality parts in a team‑focused shop that rewards accuracy and ownership. Key Duties Operate CNC lathes (mills as needed) Perform basic, independent setups Set up workholding and bar feeders Inspect parts, adjust offsets, and maintain SPC Deburr parts and complete basic PM/TPM tasks Support continuous improvement efforts Requirements Hands‑on CNC machining experience Strong lathe operation skills Blueprint reading Ability to do your own setups Pay & Benefits $28-$32/hr , with guaranteed raises every 6 months Quarterly profit‑sharing Medical, dental, vision starting day one Company‑paid life & disability insurance Paid parental leave 3 weeks PTO first year 401(k) + pension Tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
