REQUIRED EDUCATION

•High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC lathes, vertical mills, and horizontal machining centers. Load and unload machines safely and efficiently. Monitor production to ensure quality and accuracy . Perform basic machine maintenance and inspections. Complete tooling changes, insert changes, and basic machine offsets as needed. Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications . Use micrometers, depth micrometers, and precision measuring instruments to inspect parts. Maintain proper coolant and lubrication levels. Identify and report machine operation or part quality issues . Record production information and maintain accurate documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment .

Qualifications:

Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred. Experience with CNC lathes, mills, or machining centers . Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools . Basic knowledge of tooling changes and machine offsets. Strong attention to detail and quality . Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability are

Must be available to work Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM .
