CNC Operators Entry Level to Experienced

Overview:

A growing and well-established manufacturing company is hiring CNC Operators on multiple shifts. This is a great opportunity for both entry-level candidates willing to learn and experienced machinists looking for a long-term role with competitive pay.

1st

Shift:

6:00 AM•2:00 PM 2nd

Shift:

2:00 PM•10:00 PM ( shift premium ) 3rd

Shift:

10:00 PM•6:00 AM ( shift premium )

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to produce quality metal parts Load and unload parts from machines Inspect parts using measuring tools and gauges Perform basic machine maintenance as required Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards Maintain accurate documentation and production records Keep work area clean and organized

Position Levels:

Entry Level (Operator C): Load/unload parts Deburr and perform basic quality checks Great opportunity for training and growth Intermediate (Operator B): Perform part inspection and quality checks Change tooling/inserts and restart machines Operate multiple machines Advanced (Operator A): Handle more complex setups and operations Run multiple machines independently Troubleshoot and optimize processes

Qualifications:

Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply (training provided) Previous CNC or manufacturing experience preferred for higher-level roles Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay:

$18.00•$28.00 per hour
