As our business continues to grow, we're looking for dependable Machine Operators to join our team. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Operate CNC machining equipment to produce precision parts according to production requirements. Load and unload materials while monitoring machine operation throughout the production cycle. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Read blueprints, work instructions, and job travelers to verify product specifications. Identify quality concerns and notify supervisors or machinists when adjustments are needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with teammates to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. Assist with other production tasks as needed to support customer delivery schedules. Work overtime when necessary to help meet production demands. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. CNC machining experience is a plus but not required. Ability to read basic blueprints and follow written work instructions. Experience using measuring and inspection equipment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Basic math and problem-solving skills. Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay & Benefits $20.00
