Shift:
3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday-Thursday ✅ Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week ✅ Overtime available on Fridays & Saturdays (encouraged, not mandatory) Compensation $24.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience & skill level) + $2.00 per hour Shift Premium Attendance Bonus Program Equipment You'll Work With Standard CNC lathes with barfeeders Dual spindle, dual turret lathes Gantry (robot) loaded turning centers
Controls:
Mazatrol and Fanuc If you have experience with multi-turret machines, automation, Mazatrol, or Fanuc controls — you'll fit right in. Our Turning Cell is a fast-paced, medium-volume environment with a variety of part numbers and materials. Operators are expected to run two machines while maintaining high-quality standards. As a CNC Turning Operator (Operator I / II) Operators well versed in gaging who are ready to run and monitor production of two machines, we have a spot for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC lathes to produce precision components Monitor machine cycles and detect issues Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, Keyence, CMM and bore gauges (Must complete inspection test during interview) Perform offset adjustments and tool changes (Operator II level) Deburr, wash, rustproof, and package finished parts Maintain clean and organized work areas Suggest improvements to workflow and process efficiency Cross-train on CNC milling centers as needed As a CNC Turning Setup Operator For experienced machinists ready to take ownership of setups and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Can you accurately measure using vernier Dial Bore Gages, Micrometers, Air Gages, Flatness Gages, and CMMs? If applying for a Setup position, do you have experience with complete tear-down, kitting new tools offline, installing and teaching tooling in the machine? As a setup person, you may be asked to complete the First Article Inspection for another. Do you have experience in measuring all features on the print to approve the part prior to moving on with production?
