K27BCNC(5/14/26)-1 CNC Machinist / CNC Setup Operator Kenosha / Racine, WI Area 1st Shift | Flexible Hours | OT Available A confidential manufacturing company in the Kenosha/Racine area is looking for a CNC Machinist / CNC Setup Operator to join their machining team. This role requires experience running CNC lathes and mills and the ability to work in a hands-on production environment. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes and mills Change tooling and make machine adjustments to hold tolerances Load/unload parts and run production cycles Read blueprints, job orders, and work instructions Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges Support other shop equipment as needed Requirements Minimum 1 year of machine operation experience CNC lathe and mill experience required Setup and tooling changeover experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude Able to work up to 10-hour shifts in a physical shop environment Schedule 1st shift Flexible hours Overtime available Please submit a resume for consideration.
