Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Weekend Shift Lead to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations in a CNC manufacturing environment. This is a working lead role ideal for an experienced CNC machinist who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring operators, and keeping production running smoothly during off shifts. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines and automated equipment to meet production and quality goals Serve as the technical lead for weekend shift operations Troubleshoot CNC machines, Fanuc controls, and automation equipment to minimize downtime Perform setups, verify programs, and make approved machine adjustments Support and train machine operators as needed Monitor production and quality performance and communicate issues to leadership Complete production and downtime documentation Maintain a safe and organized work environment #Manitowoc1
Requirements:
