We are actively hiring CNC Operators in Ixonia, WI for a growing manufacturing facility with openings on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts . This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in machining. No mill or lathe experience required for entry-level candidates — willing to train. We are hiring for multiple openings and looking for dependable candidates ready to join a fast-paced production environment. Candidates with prior CNC, machining, manufacturing, or mechanical experience are encouraged to apply, but entry-level applicants with strong work ethic and interest in learning are welcome. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines and support production processes Load and unload parts from machines Deburr and inspect finished parts Perform quality checks using measuring tools and gauges Monitor machine performance and production output Change inserts and restart machines as needed Complete production paperwork accurately Perform routine machine maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all shop and safety procedures Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred but not required CNC, machining, production, or mechanical experience is a plus Willingness to learn and be trained Strong attention to detail Ability to use measuring tools and follow work instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and on a team Lead Opportunities Available Lead openings are also available on select shifts for candidates with prior setup experience and leadership ability.
