What We're Looking For At least 3 years of CNC machining experience in a production environment Experience operating CNC lathes and mills At least 2 years performing tool changes and adjusting offsets At least 1 year reading and interpreting blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality parts Ability to work independently with minimal supervision CNC programming experience strongly preferred Familiarity with multiple CNC controls is a plus A four-day week, solid pay, and a company that rewards good work with a permanent offer.
