CNC Operator Wage:
$22.00/hour

  • 2:00pm The CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision machined components that meet quality and production standards.
This role supports daily manufacturing operations by ensuring parts are produced efficiently, safely, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate has experience working in a machine shop environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to safety.
CNC Operator Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC milling and/or turning machines to produce precision parts
  • Load and unload materials and monitor machine operations
  • Perform basic machine setup adjustments and tool changes as needed
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
  • Keep work area clean and organized following safety guidelines
  • Communicate issues or deviations to supervisors or quality team
  • Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Requirements for
CNC Operator:
  • Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience
  • Ability to read basic work instructions and follow procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
  • Commitment to workplace safety
  • CNC machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) preferred
  • Experience in precision machining or production environments is a plus
