Hours:

7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Machine Operator

• Coil Brush Machine for a company in Waukesha, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Machine Operator
• Coil Brush Machine Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Perform complete machine setups and changeovers, including adjustments to form rollers, channel coiler, retaining wire, shoes, trimmers, mandrels, piston assembly equipment, and other machine components
• Operate coil brush and related production machines to meet or exceed standard production rates while maintaining quality and specification requirements
• Conduct routine maintenance such as lubrication, general cleaning, and housekeeping to support a safe work environment
• Maintain setup records, data sheets, and spare parts cabinets
• Complete documentation, including statistical process charts (SPC), time sheets, and labor summaries as required
• Cut raw materials and box finished product when applicable
• Perform or obtain quality checks at each operational step and report issues immediately to the production supervisor
• Assist in training and support of new department team members Machine Operator

• Coil Brush Machine Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of basic shop math and metric measurements
• Ability to use measuring tools such as rulers, micrometers, and dial calipers
• Strong attention to detail, good analytical/problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills are preferred
• Frequent pulling, pushing, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to stand and walk for sustained periods and perform tasks like stooping and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; weights above 50 pounds may require assistance
