We operate differently than most machine shops; things change quickly and processes are being streamlined. An ambitious, detail oriented, fast working person will succeed in this role.

Work Environment:

PartsBadger is a relaxed, casual work environment located in Cedarburg, WI. We are ITAR registered and we have our AS9100 and ISO9001:2015 certifications. Our location boasts 15,000 sq. ft that blends office and production space. Our production is a job shop style rather than large production runs. We continue to develop the layout of our office for idea generation and collaborative work and we have a climate controlled, clean shop with all new machines. No more dim lighting, dirt floors, sweating in the summer or old machines that break down more than they actually run. We designed the layout of the shop to be efficient and organized to reduce redundancies. We provide learning opportunities where you are able to push your boundaries and skills and continue to learn and advance as far as you want to!

Shop Management Required Qualifications:

Ability to Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively Some GD&T Knowledge Comfortable with Hand Tools Efficient Worker Attention to Detail and Safety Precautions U.S.

Citizen or Permanent Resident Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation Preferred Qualifications:

Machine Setup and Operation experience (Turning centers and VMC Mills) Experience running Haas CNC Machines Knowledge operating Universal Robots systems. Experience with various programming software (Mastercam, Esprit, Fusion360, etc) Ability to Read Blueprints Machining Industry Tooling knowledge
