Job Title:
CNC Programmer Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join a leading manufacturing team supporting precision-machined components. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced programmer who thrives in a fast-paced machining environment and enjoys taking ownership of programming, process improvements, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of CNC programming experience, strong knowledge of multi-axis machining, and the ability to support complex, tight-tolerance parts from concept through production. Experience in the aerospace industry is highly preferred. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for precision-machined components. Take ownership of programming and process improvement initiatives. Enhance production efficiency through innovative programming solutions. Support complex, tight-tolerance parts from concept through production. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues independently. Select cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and work-holding methods. Essential Skills Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with CAM software such as Mastercam, GibbsCAM, NX, Fusion 360, or similar platforms. Strong experience programming CNC Mills and Multi-Axis Machining Centers. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings. Strong understanding of GD&T. Experience supporting tight-tolerance precision machining operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Aerospace manufacturing experience. Experience with 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers. Understanding of AS9100 quality standards. Experience programming complex aerospace, defense, or high-precision components. Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing process development. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
