We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists and CNC Programmers for a manufacturing operation in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience operating and programming CNC mills and/or CNC lathes and be comfortable setting up, programming, operating, and inspecting parts produced on CNC equipment. This is an immediate-hire opportunity for experienced machinists who can contribute with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes Program and edit CNC machines as required Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Select and install appropriate cutting tools Set work offsets, tool offsets, and machine parameters Perform machine setups and make necessary adjustments Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments Maintain required tolerances and quality standards Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping Follow all safety and production procedures Qualifications 5+ years of CNC machining experience Strong experience with CNC mills and/or lathes CNC programming experience preferred Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints Experience with precision measuring tools Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining processes Ability to troubleshoot machining problems Able to work independently and as part of a production team Compensation & Benefits $25-$35 per hour , based on experience and skill level Good benefits package Full-time employment Opportunity for immediate placement Apply Now We are hiring immediately .
