Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team in Adelanto, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a skilled CNC Machinist with strong programming, setup, and operating experience who takes pride in producing precision-machined components in a quality-driven production environment. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment to produce precision-machined components. Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, workholding, and machining strategies. Operate CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Horizontal Mills, and Vertical Boring Mills. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and machining specifications. Inspect completed parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges. Maintain production documentation, support preventative maintenance, and follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.

Pay range:

$28.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule:
