Job Description

CNC Programmer / Operator - Aerospace Manufacturing Join our team as a CNC Programmer/Operator and work with state-of-the-art multi-axis equipment in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment. We' re looking for a skilled professional with strong Mastercam programming expertise and hands-on experience producing complex, tight-tolerance components. What You' ll Do Program, set up, and operate advanced CNC equipment, including: Doosan
SMX 2600ST
Mill-Turn (9-Axis) Doosan
HP 5100II HMC
(Tombstone Fixturing) Okuma 2SP-150H Lathe Tsugami Swiss Lathe (Hobbing Head Attachment) Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T. Select tooling, cutting parameters, and workholding solutions. Optimize programs for quality, efficiency, and cycle-time reduction. What We' re Looking For 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience. Advanced proficiency in Mastercam. Experience with multi-axis mill-turn, HMC, and Swiss machining. Aerospace manufacturing background preferred. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and independent work skills. Why Join Us?
