Job Description
We are seeking a CNC Programmer who will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC lathes and mills to produce parts according to our specifications. Must have experience in Fanuc controls and OSP controls. Someone with experience with CNC Lathes and 4 axis CNC mills. Candidates with knowledge of Swiss machines such as Ganesh and Tsugami is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
Program, set up and operate CNC to produce high precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters to ensure efficient production. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Maintain and update programs, software, and hardware as needed. Collaborate with production team members to optimize manufacturing process and improve product quality. Inspect and measure finished products Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Qualifications:
5+ years in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and GD&T Program, set up, and run Lathes & Mills Familiar with G-codes and M-codes Has at least 3+ years of Mastercam experience Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauge blocks, and pins. Optical comparator and CMM experience are a big plus) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Experience with Fanuc, OSP, and other CNC controlsPay:
$34.00- $40.
