If you're a CNC Machinist/Programmer who thrives on complex work, tight tolerances, and high-stakes manufacturing, this role is a great fit. Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CNC Machinist/Programmer to join a dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive CNC programming experience and a strong understanding of machining processes. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced aerospace environment involving CNC mills and lathes, with a strong focus on Mastercam. Schedule Monday
  • Friday, 6:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM (with potential weekend work) What's Offered Consistent overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Company events Key Responsibilities Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and lathe operations Interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical documentation Create and optimize programs using Mastercam (2D prints and solid models) Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines and lathes Perform machine setup including tooling adjustments Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, CMM) Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure production standards Troubleshoot machining issues and improve operational efficiency Mentor junior machinists and support process improvements Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements 5+ years of CNC machining experience, including programming from scratch Strong expertise in Mastercam (lathes and 4-axis mills) Ability to inspect own work using precision measuring instruments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Solid understanding of mechanical principles, tooling, geometry, and blueprint reading Experience maintaining quality control throughout production Additional Information Full-time position Ability to commute to Camarillo, CA (required) In-person work environment Application Question Are you able to consistently work the 6:00 AM•4:00 PM schedule?
