CNC Programmer (Set-Up & Operator)

Monday-Friday | 7:00

AM Start Overtime:

Frequent overtime + some

Saturdays Pay Range:

$28-$36 per hour (DOE) A well-established precision machine shop in the City of Chino is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer who can manage the full machining process, including programming, set-up, and operation. This is a hands-on role ideal for a highly skilled machinist who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines Perform program edits and troubleshooting as needed Work with multi-axis machines (3-5 axis) Operate both mills and lathes Interpret blueprints and technical drawings Ensure quality and accuracy of finished parts Maintain production efficiency while adhering to safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of CNC programming and machining experience Strong experience with multi-axis machining (3-5 axis) Proficiency with mills and lathes Experience with Haas, Doosan, and Kitamura machines preferred Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays This is an immediate hiring need, and interviews are being scheduled as soon as possible.
