The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Mastercam Mill-Turn programming and CNC multi-axis lathes. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and supporting CNC mill-turn equipment while working with limited supervision. Candidates should be able to efficiently troubleshoot and make program or setup adjustments as needed, while following established shop practices, quality standards, and product-specific procedures. with live tooling. Setup and prove out programs on machines for FAI approval. Knowledge of ESPIRIT Mill Turn a plus Responsibilities Setup and prove out programs on machines for FAI approval. (Depending on complexity, cost and quantity of the part, you may also have to run some production.) Modify and improve existing programs. Assist operators and troubleshoot machines when necessary. Work with shop lead to improve production methods. Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience or the equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
