Job Description
CNC Swiss Programmer Fountain Valley, CA | Full-time, on-site, 1st shift $45-$55/hr DOE A precision CNC shop in Santa Ana making complex components for aerospace, defense and medical is looking for a hands-on programmer to join its Swiss department. What you'll do: Lead, train and mentor CNC machinists and setup operators Run daily production, machine assignments and workflow Program, set up and prove out complex parts (G-code and CAM) Troubleshoot tooling, fixturing and dimensional issues Cut scrap and cycle times by working with Quality and Engineering What you need: Experience of programming CNC Swiss machines Swiss set up experience on machines such as STAR Ability to write G-code from scratch Strong blueprint and GD&T reading Nice to have: Supervisory or training experience Advanced
